Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between You and InsuraHelp, Inc. ("the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), governing Your access to and use of the InsuraHelp website located at insurahelp.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

Account Termination

Insurance Information and Advisory Disclaimer

Not a Guarantee of Coverage

The information provided through the Service, including any insurance quotes, comparisons, or recommendations, is for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes a binding offer, contract of insurance, or guarantee of coverage, pricing, or eligibility.

No Attorney-Client or Fiduciary Relationship

Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, or any other professional relationship between You and the Company beyond that of an insurance advisor.

InsuraHelp advisors are licensed in applicable states as required by law. Licensing information is available upon request.

The Service and all Content — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the property of InsuraHelp, Inc. or its content licensors and are protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Limited License

Subject to these Terms, We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for Your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without Our prior written consent.

"InsuraHelp" and associated logos and marks are trademarks of InsuraHelp, Inc. You may not use these marks without prior written permission from the Company.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INSURAHELP, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to You in full.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InsuraHelp, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or related to Your use of the Service, Your violation of these Terms, or Your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Erie County, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree to bring any claim against InsuraHelp, Inc. solely in Your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.

Modifications to the Service and Terms

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service — or any part of it — at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to You or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When We make material changes, We will notify You by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. We may also notify You by email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability and Waiver
